All LowTides orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note, there may be potential fulfillment delays due to a high volume of orders around release dates or holidays and/or postal service delays that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders over $350 and on all apparel items.
At this time, we do not offer local delivery, in-store pick up, international shipping and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
